We are looking for someone to help out with our 6 y/o son who is non verbal and autistic. I (mom) am recovering from hip surgery, so will be home the whole time to give instructions and answer questions, but am unable to walk or do physical tasks. Our son loves to spend time outside on his swings and in the inflatable pool, and has a lot of energy. He is generally a very happy, sweet and loving boy, but during a meltdown he can get aggressive and also try to bang his head on things.

We are looking for someone who is highly experienced with autistic children. Please do not apply if you do not have experience specifically with autism. Duties will include keeping him entertained and safe, feeding him lunch and dinner, bath time and bed time. Hours and days are flexible but ideally something like Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm. 40 hours per week. Dates needed are June 30th to August 15th.
