Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support (DSP) professional to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate should be patient, reliable, and committed to improving the quality of life of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily living support and personal care
* Assist clients with routines, hygiene, and mobility
* Monitor and report on client progress and behavior
* Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
* Support social and recreational activities
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
