Need a caregiver for my Mom

I need a caregiver for my mother who is battling stage 4 Metastatic Breast cancer. Need help during weekdays for 6-8 hours to help her get up from bed, use the bathroom, help feed her while I am working.
Must have prior experience with taking care of seniors that are not mobile.
