Daycare or in-home care for a toddler with physical and mental developmental delays

Our toddler Jack (turning 2 in June) has a rare developmental disorder (Malan Syndrom) causing physical, mental, and emotional developmental delays. He is non verbal, not walking, and requires support with feeding although he does eat solids. He also is still wearing a diaper. My wife and I work from home, but would benefit from help with his care during work hours, whether that is in our home or at a daycare facility.
