About: I am looking for a caregiver that can help support my Dad (59 yrs. old) with some basic lifestyle activities (hygiene, PT exercises, making healthy eating choices, going to do fun activities).
My Dad suffered a TBI in September of 2024, and is largely independent (he does not need help with using the bathroom, showering, etc). He is having some difficulty with his short term memory, so having someone at the house that can help him do his PT exercises, doing general fun events (i.e. a museum day or something) would be greatly appreciated! :)

Job Duties: help my Dad with PT/OT exercises, go out for an activity (i.e. get food, go to a museum, go to the park, etc.), make sure my Dad takes his medication and is ready for any appointments he has that day, ensure he's keeping up with hygiene regimen

Requirements: experience dealing with brain injury or cognitive decline
