Help daughter with homework for work-from-home Dad

Renton area. 2-3 hours/weekday. 2 month trial.
We need a homework helper for my daughter (15 F) while my husband works from home. She has ADHD and needs an upbeat person to aid with homework and chores.
Our special needs nephew (16 M) has an online tutor, but we need an in-person homework helper in person for either one of them. My husband works from home, but is not able to get his work done AND juggle these two kids. I work until at least 6:30pm (long commute).
You just need to show up on time, help with homework in our cluttered house. Possibly watch one of them while they do their own chores. If it works, we're happy to continue for another few months.
Required: English speaking, consistency, patience, and no-nonsense, strict limits with compassion. They are both very well behaved, but we just need some additional help with oversight. The authority figure will ALWAYS be my husband in the home if any problems arise.
