Nanny for Special Needs Teenager

Hi, do you have experience with teenagers with Autism/Epilepsy/ADHD?
My son is currently diagnosed with autism and epilepsy. He is 15, 5’8”, and >160 lbs. He has been home, out of school, for a few months due to poorly controlled seizures. There will be a second adult who lives in the house intermittently present.
I have a teenage daughter who would be at the house intermittently, but who requires no supervision.
Do you feel comfortable watching a full size teenage boy? He does have occasional [behavior] regulatory issues.
He also needs help in the bathroom.
Are you comfortable responding to tonic clonic seizures, atonic seizures, absent seizures, and administering seizure reversal medications?
