My son is 9 years old and in 3rd grade. He has autism and receives an IEP. He is very active, likes to play, and has a strong desire for food—he may try to eat anything and sometimes takes food secretly. He also tends to hold his bowel movements. When outside, he may run away or climb high places, so he needs close supervision.

We also have a 7-year-old daughter. My spouse and I are both in the military, and we work during summer vacation and sometimes on weekends or deployments, so we need help with childcare.
