We’re looking for a kind, dependable caregiver to support our young adult daughter, who has an intellectual disability. She thrives with structure, encouragement, and a gentle sense of fun — and we hope to find someone who can build a lasting bond with her and our family.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting her at social outings and adult day programs
• Helping with errands, shopping, and walks with our friendly dog
• Assisting with dressing, toileting, and preparing simple meals or snacks
She may experience anxiety or occasional behavioral challenges in new settings, so we’re seeking someone calm, compassionate, and adaptable — someone who can think on their feet and stay positive. Experience in special education/healthcare fields preferred.
Schedule: Mondays preferred, plus flexible afternoons or occasional weekends
