Special needs babysitter

A long-term babysitter that my special needs daughter can grow up with. My daughter's name is Patience. She will be 5 on june 18th. Patience has level 3 Autism and is non-verbal. She is loving, a ball of energy and sooo very curious. She isn't potty trained yet but we are working on it.
