Must be comfortable with a child who is nonverbal and may have difficulty communicating needs verbally.

I am looking for a trustworthy, experienced babysitter or nanny for my 4-year-old nonverbal autistic son. Experience with autism, AAC devices, special needs children, or therapy backgrounds (RBT, special education, OT, speech therapy, etc.) is strongly preferred.

I require:
• Clean criminal background check
• Child abuse/neglect clearance if available
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Non-smoker
• Reliable transportation
• References from previous families

My son is happy, affectionate, and enjoys playing, but he requires close supervision and support with communication. I would like to start with short visits while I am home before moving to independent care.
