I needed a sitter with very little notice and was at my wits' end when, after several days of diligent searching, I hadn't found what I needed. My sister, who also has a sitter city account, called me at the last-minute with Pauline's info. We chatted on the phone, and I was pleased with the conversation. Pauline appeared at my door early the next morning, right on time. She had a bright and ready smile and was full of enthusiasm. We chatted about the kids and about her career aspirations as a photographer and independent businesswoman. I left for my appointment feeling confident that Pauline and the boys would get along fine. When my appointment went long, Pauline did me the courtesy of staying a bit of extra time AND walking the kids over to my neighbor's house to stay until I returned. I appreciated this very much! The boys liked Pauline and felt comfortable with her. She helped them set up my older son's new camera and even gave them one of her memory cards to use. :-) Our experience with Pauline was very good, and I would happily hire her again. Thanks Pauline!
