Let me start by saying I love kids! I grew up in a big family (6 kids) on a dairy farm in upstate New York. My first job was babysitting at the age of 13 for an elementary age girl during my schools off. I have also babysat for middle school aged as well. I soon after got a job at the YMCA and worked in the babysitting room (a room for ages 6 months-5 years of age while their parents worked out) I also have worked in the infant and toddler room as well. However, I went away to college and received my bachelors degree in psychology. I have worked in a child's mental health unit which was a very rewarding job.
