Hello! I grew up in a large family of seven children. I have childcare experience ranging in age from infant-late teenager going back over the past 15 years. For the past 6 years I have worked in the human services industry, assisting adults and children who have cognitive and physical disabilities. I have most recently managed a Group Home for adolescent boys. This position has taught me how important structure and consistency is for developing minds. I also strongly believe that it is important for children to be in a fun creative environment; anything that can get them thinking outside of the box is great! I am trained in first aid and CPR along with being trained in diabetes care with the ability to give insulin injections. When I am not at work, I try to spend as much time as possible with friends and my boxer, Rosie. When the Read more weather is nice I love to go outside and explore the world. I love to hike and swim when the weather allows. I love all arts and crafts. =)
