My background includes serving as a customer service associate within the retail environment and being a Marketing Assistant for a Real Estate Agency as well as the law firm next door. Most recently, I worked as Account Service Rep for C spire, my responsibilities included handling customer merchandise returns, issuing refunds/store credits, troubleshooting devices, helping customer find a reasonable service plan that would work in their budget, meeting sells quotas, and promoting at events. Previously, I worked as a Marketing Assistant for Keller Williams Realty, now known as Core Alliance Realty. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues, set up appointments, put properties online, gather leads for brokers, oversee the telemarketing project, and run the office when the owners were out of town. With this job I became very familiar with HIPAA guidelines. I also am CPR certified. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and CRM database applications. I also have an associates degree in Political Science Pre-Law and im working on my Bachelors in Pre-law with minors in music and Spanish. I have babysat children from newborn-16. I even took care of elderly and people with special needs. I was trained how to de-escalate any problem, work with people and children from all types of backgrounds. I am a very patient person and I've alway been known to get along with everyone. I have 3 Siberian huskies and a Senegal parrot so I am very comfortable with all animals.
