Graduating from college in May 2017, I am permamently relocating to NYC for a two-days-a-week Editorial Internship in Manhattan. Beyond my career in wiriting, I have spent much of my teenage to adult life volunteering and working with children. I have volunteered with summer camps, helped in my church's daycare, worked as a date-night / weekend sitter for several years. Even in college, I spent much of my spare time volunteering at a day program for participants who had severe/multiple disabilites. I also pet sit from time to time, so animals are no problem (except snakes). While not exactly working with children, my year as a Resident Advisor for university housing was a very educational experience on older children, as well as emergency managment. I look forward to possibly helping you and your family in anyway that I can, including watching kids, helping with pets, cooking, cleaning, etc. I have Read more done it all, and am ready to do it again!
