Hello my name is Emily Alexis La Flamme. I go by Emily and or Em. I am 19 years old and I live in edmond Oklahoma. I currently attended a local university. I started baby sitting at the age of 14. I started off with family members (my two younger sister) I am the oldest of three daughters. I than started babysitting church kids. I have attended church sense I could walk. I am a strong believer in Christ. I have baby sat both boys and girls and love them both equally. My step brother has a severe form of autism and two of my family members have Down syndrome. I understand and am completely comfortable working with special needs Childeren and or teens. I am physically and mentally fit. I am kind hearted and slow to anger. I do not believe in physical punishment of any kind. I do Read more how ever strongly believe in time outs and talking things outs. I love playing games but I also like structure and obedience. I will always show the most respect possible to adult or child. On another note.
