Hi, I've had a lot of caregiver experience but understand it's not something I take lightly. My philosophy as pertains to children is very free structure. They can be whoever they want to be as long as they aren't hurting others, hurting themselves or damaging property. I try to be consistent and interested in what they're interested in. I've worked at 2 childcare facilities (ages ranging from 18 months- 6 yrs old) but had to eventually leave them both to relocate. The first time was because my Uncle needed nanny services in Alaska for his 4 daughters (ages ranging from 3-10) over the summer & the second time, to move here. I have a full time job but I'm still interested in occasionally applying my services to homes in need of reliable child care. I've worked in the children's programs at my churches in the past & just get along Read more well with children in general.
