I am a fun, loving, enthusiastic nanny who loves caring for children! I started off babysitting for families in my neighborhood and I did that for many years! I was a nanny starting at 18 where I cared full time for a 6 month old, 4 & 7 year old, while I was earning my collage degree. I nannied that family for 4 years, then left when I graduated college & started my job as the Director of an Early Childhood Development Program for a private school. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development. After I was the director for 2 years, I decided to step away as management was making decisions that did not align with what I knew was right, & I ended up going back to my original family I nannied for, for 2 more years. The family ended up not needing me anymore as Read more the mom has some health challenges, causing her to resign from her job as a life flight PICU nurse. I am fortunately still very close with this family & still attend the kids' sporting events, family dinners, etc. After those two years were up, I was a nanny for a family with a newborn, & I started there when the child was 4 weeks old. I loved this time with a brand new baby & loved caring for a child at this stage. The family ended up moving across the country & the search was on for another nannying position. I then started nannying for a family with a 6 month old, 3 & 6 year old. I started that in 2019, & then the next year it was when COVID hit. The two older children switched to strictly homeschool & I was responsible for their schooling on top of the baby. I left this job when I was offered a position as the Operations Manager for a Dog Training company. So this leads me to where I am now! I am currently still with the Dog Training company, & I work from home. I love my job so much, but I am still missing the fulfillment of caring for children, so I decided to look for a part time nannying job, specifically for an infant.
