Growing up as the eldest of five children and many cousins prepared me, from an early age, to love being around kids. I'm 30 years old and have been babysitting more than half my life, which also includes mentoring, tutoring, nannying, Cub Scouts leader, after-school aide, respite provider, and residential care. The children I've cared for are infants through pre-teens, multiples, boys and girls, children with physical and/or cognitive delays. Some of my interests include reading, writing, gardening, hiking, and baking. I love to be outdoors no matter the weather as much as I love to be cozy indoors, playing and imagining.
