My husband and I recently moved back to Spokane from California due to relocation with the Air Force. We have a rescue dog named Zoee and I spend most of my time with her. I enjoy cooking, discovering new music, hiking, painting/crafting, and trying new things. I also love to adventure, drink good coffee, help people, and spend quality time with friends. While in California, I worked as a TrustLine Certified Kid's Club Attendant at a gym until my husband got orders to move. Before that, I was a lifeguard and swim instructor to children of various ages for about 4 years. I also nannied a great family of 3 for a little under a year before I got married and moved to California last year. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old, working with every age from newborn to teenagers. I am an aunt to 5 Read more young children from 1 to 8 years old and have helped take care of them since birth. My current goal is to return to school to become a social worker so I can rescue and restore people from human trafficking. In the meantime, I am volunteering as a Shelter Relief Advocate at the YWCA-Spokane. I have always loved working with kids because I find joy in being a fun and safe place they can turn to and trust. I am dedicated to being present and engaged, as well as trustworthy and reliable with children. I especially love being able to teach them new things and encourage their independence and responsibility as an example to them.
