Hey there! My name is Sarah Best. I am an actress here in the LA area and have relocated from Seattle, WA almost a year ago. Ever since I was 13 years old, I have been babysitting my little brother after school everyday and occasionally on the weekends. There has always been something about taking care of children that I have always enjoyed. I even remember asking my mom if I could babysit my brother for a few hours so that I could take care of him, feed him and play with him. I think it's the mother in me! Since I loved it so much, I started taking babysitting classes at the local community center. I then made contacts and it began to be my first job. As well as babysitting, I also started teaching ballet to preschool through elementary school age kids at the dance studio I danced Read more at. I learned more about kids and had seen myself growing as a caregiver and learning new skills and new ways to interact with so many different kids. During this time, I ended up becoming a nanny for a family close by. I nanny-ed for about 7 months before I made my move here. It was the first time I had nanny-ed for a 6 month old, so I decided to take a class on how I could be the best caregiver for him. I have mastered in changing dippers, wiping, changing clothes, helping them burp, putting them to sleep and feeding. I had a great time babysitting for two very young kids, 6 months and his sister, 5 yrs and have all the skills needed to keep two kids happy and give them full attention. I am definitely a kid at heart, which makes it so much more fun for me and for the kids. I love sharing moments and being able to connect with children - I believe they even teach us a thing or two. Being around kids my entire life has taught me great skills. I have learned that you can be fun with them, but to also be firm when need to. I have a great, positive attitude to go along with my friendliness and personable personality. I'm the girl for you!
