I’ve always loved kids, and I fell in love with my job as a paraprofessional when I graduated college initially. I worked as a para for two years in the SSN classroom, and I still try to substitute teach when I have time and I’m needed. I have worked as both an as-needed babysitter and a nanny in the past. As a substitute teacher, I have taught 20-25 kids at a time. I babysat here and there in high school, but from 18-25, I’ve gotten much more experience working with kids as a babysitter an in the public school system. I am getting my education through Creighton University as a hybrid program where I watch lectures online and go to in-person labs at Regis University.
