I have specialized experience with infants, multiple children at a time, special needs, developmental disabilities, and medical needs. Caring for children fills me with purpose and gratitude- it is such an honor to be involved in their lives. My husband and I are currently nannying a 6mo infant out of our own home, and we are looking for more infants/kiddos to watch- to expand into a small home daycare! With never more than 4 children total and 2 highly experienced adults, we can both ensure personalized, engaging care and better support in fostering connection and development. We both hold infant CPR/first aide certifications, undergo yearly background checks and vehicle safety checks, and have the home inspected for safety multiple times a year. We have ran an in-home daycare before as well as provided date night/ as needed childcare to multiple families in town. about me . . . I have been working with children in different capacities for at least 40 years. I began by babysitting small children of the parents in our church. Approximately the same time I began volunteering in the Totally Mentally Handicapped classroom at the high school I attended. And no, they do not call it that any longer.
