I have been watching children in some fashion since I was 11 years old (26 years). I have been a nanny for a family in the past and it was a great experience. I have watched children from infancy into their teens and have no issues with watching multiple children at the same time. I am very organized and like to keep children occupied with activities with minimal screen time. I have two nieces and a nephew (all siblings) that I have watch since birth and still watch frequently. Their ages vary from 10 months to 7 years old. When I am watching them, I have one child home all day, one child home half days, and the eldest has school all day. This requires being able to keep the day organized and a good routine going.

Even though I am the youngest in my family, I have spent many years helping with my niece. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I work with 3-6 and 7-12 year olds mostly. I grew up helping at camp with at risk kids, I am a success coach with those kids as well. As a success coach I work with kids who aren’t having the best of times. I help them understand why they are upset and how we can work through this to have a better days. I am verified in mental health awareness for children. Running around and having a huge amount of energy is what I expect and love to have fun!

I have worked with various ages of children for over 15 years. I love to interact with children and watch them learn through play. There are various ways of interacting with children wether it be through reading stories, playing with toys or simply talking. I have taught preschool for various years as well and love teaching the children some milestones in their learning. I am flexible , responsible and reliable.

I have spent my entire life working with children as a teacher, a substitute teacher, a professional nanny, and a Casa I love what I do and I love working with children, and I never pick another profession. I do have a degree in elementary education and educational counseling also parallel degree. I’m Meredith Weber :) I’m currently a college student at Northern Iowa for Elementary Education and spend a lot of my time around kids through classroom settings in school, which I absolutely love. I’m a really active and positive person I enjoy playing outside, staying busy, and coming up with fun things to do with kids, whether that’s games, crafts, or just being silly together. I’m very patient, caring, and genuinely love building connections with the kids I’m around. My goal is always to create a fun, safe, and comfortable environment where kids feel happy and supported !!

I am a part-time teacher who lives in the Mid-West during the school year and WILL reside in southern California for the full summer (approximately mid June to early August - there is some flexibility there).. My experience includes many years of babysitting and nanny experience. in addition to 18 years of full-time middle school teaching.
