I have been watching children in some fashion since I was 11 years old (26 years). I have been a nanny for a family in the past and it was a great experience. I have watched children from infancy into their teens and have no issues with watching multiple children at the same time. I am very organized and like to keep children occupied with activities with minimal screen time. I have two nieces and a nephew (all siblings) that I have watch since birth and still watch frequently. Their ages vary from 10 months to 7 years old. When I am watching them, I have one child home all day, one child home half days, and the eldest has school all day. This requires being able to keep the day organized and a good routine going.

Even though I am the youngest in my family, I have spent many years helping with my niece. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I work with 3-6 and 7-12 year olds mostly. I grew up helping at camp with at risk kids, I am a success coach with those kids as well. As a success coach I work with kids who aren’t having the best of times. I help them understand why they are upset and how we can work through this to have a better days. I am verified in mental health awareness for children. Running around and having a huge amount of energy is what I expect and love to have fun!

I have worked with various ages of children for over 15 years. I love to interact with children and watch them learn through play. There are various ways of interacting with children wether it be through reading stories, playing with toys or simply talking. I have taught preschool for various years as well and love teaching the children some milestones in their learning. I am flexible , responsible and reliable.

I am currently studying pre-nursing at DMACC and hope to get my bsn-rn to become a pediatric nurse😊. I work full time as a night CNA at a nursing home, i plan on going prn when classes start. My school schedule is Mon and Weds @12:50-3:20, everyday after that I am free!!(if needed in the morning i can do that before class). I can be as flexible as possible just need time for my schoolwork too:)))! I've been babysitting every Monday for a meeting for about a year and a half maybe, other than that I dont have much professional child care experience but i also have little experience volunteering at summer camps and babysitting here and there for family/friends .My skills include, preparing meals, changing diapers, folding laundry, tidying up, and I have my own car.
