Hello, my name is Randy. I have over 40 years working with children in a multitude of diverse roles. I started babysitting at 13, to Nannying, to Daycare (Infant room to Site Director), to Substitute Teaching (all grades), to the State of MO in Social Services as a Foster Care Worker & CA/N Hotline Investigator, to my last professional role as a Unit, House 6, Supervisor at a Therapeutic Residential Treatment Facility. 9 years ago, at 46, I took an early retirement to live out some dreams, one of which was to motorcycle the continental US, Canada & Mexico. About a year ago I decided to return to work in Childcare again at 52. I'm currently working M-F, 8-5 as both a Lead Pre-K Teacher (school year) & Lead School-Aged Summer Camp Counselor (Summers). I'm currently FT. Honestly, being a Nanny again would suit my lifestyle better at this time in a more personalized, relaxed, home setting focusing on all aspects of fostering child development. Being a Babysitter & Nanny for families were some of the best experiences I've ever had. I've Babysat & Nannied for all ages (infant to 14), cultures & genders, from 1-5 children. Most of the families I've worked for were 1-3 children. I love my current position as a Pre-K Teacher/Summer Camp Counselor, though I'm always willing to help out parents some eves & weekends who need a quality Babysitter. It's a good break from the classroom setting. I don't smoke, am physically fit, trained & skilled in childcare, responsible, reliable, emotionally & cognitively mature, love pets, have a clean driving record, fully insured & a Class E (Chauffeur) on my DL. I'm happy to provide copies of my resume, recent Childcare DHSS/MO State Highway Patrol fingerprint childcare background checks, CPR-Infant/Adult/AED, ongoing Childcare training class certifications, references, recent physical & TB test & any other paperwork you may require. I do hope you consider me, would love the opportunity to talk more about my qualifications & to meet your family to see if it's a good fit. I hope to hear from you. Thank you for your time, Randy

I love being a babysitter because it gives me the chance to make a real difference in a child’s life. I find so much joy in creating a safe, nurturing space where kids feel comfortable, supported, and free to be themselves. Helping children grow, feel heard, and build confidence—especially those who need a little extra patience—is something I truly care about. I’ve been babysitting since middle school for family, friends, and neighbors, and I’ve worked with children of all ages. I also volunteered with children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental differences, which taught me how to be flexible, calm, and attentive to individual needs. A unique part of my care is that I bring my dog with me to work. She’s very gentle, child-friendly, and used to being around little ones. I find that many children enjoy her presence—it adds comfort, fun, and companionship to the day. Of course, I always make sure families are comfortable with this ahead of time. What I Offer: • Over 10 years of hands-on childcare experience • Experience with autism and developmental differences • Help with routines: dressing, hygiene, meal/snack prep, and supervision • Light tidying/laundry and homework support • Emotional care and play-based learning • Strong communication with both kids and parents • CPR & BLS certification (currently renewing this month) I’m committed to being a calm, loving, and dependable presence in your child’s life—and I’d be honored to be a part of their daily routine.

Hi families! My name is Kaylee, and I’m an 18 year old with a big passion for working with kids. I graduated high school early and am now preparing to study childcare because caring for children has always felt like the right path for me. I currently live with my boyfriend and his mom, who are both very supportive of my goals. I have worked at a summer camp for the past 5 summers and loved every minute of it! Always something I would look forward to during the other seasons. I worked with 5-12 year olds at this summer camp. We would go 5 days a week and do outdoor activities, field trips, manage their lunches, help with bathroom breaks, etc. as well as working as a camp counselor I have been a life-gaurd for the past 6 summers so I am CPR and first aid certified. We would practice our CPR skills quite frequently (4/month) so the CPR skills are second nature to me at this point. I also have been babysitting since I was about 13 with different families. I used to have a family I babysat for every week for about a year. And I still sometimes sit for them when they need a babysitter. Usually the ages were 2-8 year olds. Also with having 6 nieces and 1 nephew, I babysit them a lot when their parents need me to. I use to babysit one of my nieces quite frequently with my brother being a single dad. My niece was about 3 months old when i started babysitting her up until she was about 2 years old. So I’ve had a lot of experience with different age groups, on different levels of looking after kids. I love working with kids, because I always have!
