Kaitlyn is a wonderful care giver, she is very punctual and professional, she takes the time to get to know her charges and adjust her approach accordingly, She asks questions about dietary restrictions and allergy concerns before agreeing to take on a family as clients. She is very helpful with the children’s academics, helping with them with homework assignments and even tutoring and reviewing their school work. Sha is awesome!

Hello, hello! I’m Ashley, a dedicated childcare professional serving the Greensboro and Triad area. Since beginning this journey in 2020, I have gained a multitude of experience with children ranging from infancy to adolescence. My specialty is newborn and infant care in which I work closely with first time parents as they navigate welcoming both a new baby and a new caregiver. I possess extensive knowledge of infant milestones and experience in sleep training, bottle feeding, the transition to solid foods, and the development of motor skills. Beyond infant care, I deliver engaging, age-appropriate and authoritative guidance relevant to all toddler, preschool, elementary and early adolescence stages. I bring a strong educational background in child development and applied behavioral analysis, providing appropriate structure and support for children’s growth and security. Additionally, I am well versed in special needs care with paraprofessional experience under pediatric behavioral analyst and pediatric therapy specialists. I am passionate about fostering independence, encouraging outdoor and social play, minimizing screen presence and working as a team with parents to create amazing, curious humans. Building strong relationships with children and families is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work, and I value creating an environment where children can thrive and parents feel confident and supported in my care. If you are looking for a caregiver who truly understands learning through play, behavioral reinforcement, and isn’t too shy to run around at the park, sing along to music, or play with monster trucks and barbie dolls, then look no further! I hope to hear from you, Ashley

I am Ty’Rielle, but most children like to call me Miss Ty. I have experience with infants, toddlers and school age children. I love to help practice and witness essential milestones in a child life. From rolling over to crawling, from taking first steps to recognizing animal sounds, from counting to 10 to recognizing colors, I enjoy being a light to younger children by investing my time and knowledge into our next generation. I want to serve as a familiar face to your family and create a warm and welcoming environment for your children to thrive.

Hi! I’m Bailea. I am currently a college student that studies Mathematics. I have been watching after children and pets for a good bit of my life, whether it was a sibling, family friend or even a neighbor. I enjoy watching children grow, learning who they are and watch as they tap into their personalities. I would say that I am great with kids! I have cared for children of all ages, from infants to even teenage kids. Over the summer of 2020, I worked at a local summer camp caring for children from the ages of 2-9. Since then I have worked with three families ages ranging from infant to 11 years. I also have had experience with children that have special needs since 2019, as we were given the opportunity to take them as elective courses in high school and participating in clubs in my college career. I have experience with pets as well so I am very comfortable with being around them, I do have a cat allergy but that does not keep me from loving them as well lol. As I stated, I am in college and am open to discussing my schedule with whomever is interested in hiring me but, that should not be an issue considering 80% of my classes are online!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mahlet, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional sitter. From the moment we met, Mahlet was warm, kind, and extremely professional. She took the time to listen carefully during our initial meeting and followed all the instructions for caring for my 7-year-old son, who is neurodivergent. Her attentiveness, calm presence, and natural ability to connect made a world of difference. What stood out most to me was how genuinely present she was with my son. She met him exactly where he was—emotionally, socially, and developmentally. Her intuition and empathy were evident in the way she engaged with him, showing incredible patience and care without being solely performative. These are qualities that matter deeply when working with children, who can often sense when someone is truly “with” them versus simply managing them. My son—who is not quick to form attachments—was VERY tearful and begged for Mahlet to return. It felt like watching his first real heartbreak. Kids are natural feelers, and his reaction said everything: he felt seen, safe, and valued. I saw it too—Mahlet is simply a good person, and that shines through in her work. If you're looking for someone who brings professionalism, emotional intelligence, and genuine compassion—Mahlet is an absolute rare find. We are so grateful to have connected with her.
