I am a 33 year old female. I have been babysitting for over 18 years. I'm experienced with newborns through teens. Working mainly with infants, toddlers and young school age. I am everything from an occasional babysitter, to a full time nanny. I am also a postpartum doula who does overnight care. I have worked with a number of families in the area and have an amazing resume and incredible letters of reference. Thank you for taking the time out to get to know some about me. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi! My name is Niyah and I’m a junior in college. I originally began my studies in dental hygiene but later discovered my passion for business and am now pursuing a degree in finance. I have a strong background in childcare with hands-on experience caring for infants as young as 4 months old up to 8 months old, as well as experience providing care for multiple children at once, particularly in the age range of 6 to 12 years old. I’m comfortable managing different age groups and creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and cared for. Additionally, I am CPR and First Aid certified. I pride myself on being responsible, attentive, and dedicated to making sure the children in my care are happy, safe, and well looked after. I would love the opportunity to connect with families looking for reliable and caring help.

I am a mom of two grown boys who are now adults and are independent and happy. I Love children and I would be an asset to your household by giving high quality care to your children. I am caring, trustworthy, very reliable, very responsible and most of all.... experienced with children. I give 110% of my attention to the children I care for. I am and always have been a NONSMOKER. . I am Pediatric CPR/First aid certified. I have a reliable car. I am Covid vaccinated as well as DTAP vaccinated. If I am watching your child he/she will have a great time. I will pay attention to your children. I love playing games, going outside to play with them. Read to them, and also help them in learning and keeping to a schedule as directed by Parents. Right now I am only looking for occasional date night babysitting. However, I will be looking for newborn or infant positions in the fall. Particularly looking for teachers schedule. Full or part time. Thanks.

Hello families, my name is Erin and I have been a caregiver for 10 years. I am 27 years old and I will ensure that your children are receiving the same love and attention as if they were my own. I am a NY certified social studies teacher who also has a masters degree in teaching English to non- native English Speakers. (ENL) As a mother myself of one energetic 11 year old, I understand the kind of care we want for our children. I do have my own form of childcare so this would not become an issue. As a nanny who is proficient in understanding the emotional needs of children, I know how crucial it is to be dependable, attentive, and nurturing! I have cared for newborns all the way to pre-teens! Past responsibilities included errands, meal preparation, chores, pick-up/drop off from after school activities, etc. As a nanny, I am very open-minded and understand that all children require their own form of unique accommodations as well as families. Fun fact: My daughter and I compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu together:)

Hello Families, I've had great experiences during my 20 years in private childcare settings caring for children newborn to 6 years old. Was a lead infant and lead toddler teacher as well for 4 years. I truly love being around kids and the fact that they allow me to enjoy the day and have fun. I try to incorporate learning experiences into everything that I do with them (counting number of food items/toys we are playing with, saying the color of items being used/seen, reading the signs we see along our walks and such). I incorporate the kids' interests in the daily activities to keep them entertained while learning. I enjoy seeing/teaching a child something new. I incorporated sign language into my infant class (during my time as a nanny as well) to allow them to talk before they have developed their speech skills. To help encourage them to reach their important early milestones, for the young ones, I do: tummy time; reading; lots of music -sing/play along; sensory toys; mirror play; help with hand-eye coordination and such. I love music and doing arts and crafts, especially for the holidays. I enjoy the outdoors and going for walks, the beach, parks, zoos (Ecology Center is the best) and making use of the local library or even pet/local stores (when the weather keeps us indoors). I have no problem speaking about care for your pets as well while I'm there. I'm a big animal lover, I have 2 rescues -a dog and a reptile. I would like to also mention that I held a CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) for several years. The experience of working in a hospital/nursing homes along with CPR/AED certification has allowed me to be fully prepared for emergencies. I held my NYS Teaching Assistant Certification (K-12) as well. I have had background screenings done with the most recent in 2024. I feel that I am pretty flexible and I like to be up front and look for that in the family I work with. I feel open communication is a good quality for both sides to help things run smoothly. I have enjoyed becoming a part of the family, in the past, and I am hoping to find that again. I have letters of recommendation from families I worked for other than what is listed on my profile. I will give contact information when it's needed Thank you for your interest in me and I wish you luck in finding the right person for your family
