Hello! I'm Ebby, and I live on Daniel Island with my husband and dog. I was laid off in December due to a reduction in force at my company, and as I'm in between jobs, I'm looking to pick up some babysitting/nanny work. Usually, I work in marketing, and I graduated college one year early in 2018 from College of Charleston with a B.A. in English. I have babysat for children ages 18 months to 12 years. I have been a morning sitter, after-school sitter, date night sitter, and have even done overnight stays with the kids. I am comfortable helping with homework, doing art projects, playing outside, taking kids to activities, assisting with meal prep, bedtime/wake up routines, playing indoor games/with toys, and helping parents with grocery shopping, etc. I am also comfortable with pets, as I have a golden retriever of my own, and my family consistently had dogs and cats growing up. I have two younger twin siblings, so growing up, I was often responsible for them when my parents were away. I was a camp counselor at the YWCA for two years, where I supervised and entertained kids from ages 5-12. I have 3 years of tutoring experience and have volunteered my time helping 5th grade students with homework during an after-school program called Project Reach. I worked at a public library for 6 years, and during my time there, I was often staffing the Children's department. I grew up working and loving children. I worked with my mom for about 20 years, then when she retired I worked for O‘Quinns for awhile, then was a nanny for a local family.
