Hello and thank you considering me for the job! My name is Lacie and my life has revolved around caring for children for as far back as I can remember. I am always the adult children gravitate towards in all situations. I engage with children of all ages and will keep your child busy and safe while you are away! I think being with the babysitter should be something to look forward too just like mom and dad look forward to time alone. I keep the family updated with what we are currently doing so you can be at ease while enjoying your time away. I do light house keeping if time permits. I do work a full time job M-F 8-5 . My nanny/sitting schedule is limited to evenings and weekends.

I became a caregiver because I have always had a love for helping others. Through babysitting I love to come up with fun activities to do with the children and watch their imaginations run wild while creating fun and new games. I also have a years worth of volunteer childcare experience from volunteering the summer before at the same daycare, volunteering at a recreational therapy facility at VCU’s Children’s Hospital, and volunteering in the childcare ministry at my church. I am a fun, compassionate, and patient sitter who is can provide numerous engaging and fun activities for any age group. I have a car so I am willing to run errands or drive anywhere that is needed. I also have CPR and First Aid training as well as experience with children with special needs and children who are medically fragile. I have a brother who has Allagile syndrome so I have a lot of experience when it comes to working with a feeding tube if that is needed and also medical routines.
