I have been babysitting since 2009. I am 28 years old, with about 10 years of professional childcare under my belt. I worked at a day care center for 18 months. I worked with children from infant-aged to school-aged.  I have nannied for 12 families. I am currently working as an au pair near Paris, France. I return to the Richmond area in July, and will be available to start working in mid-July. My teaching philosophy is montessori-based, language learning inclusive, and teaching children consent and acceptance of everyone. Trust is the number one part of childcare.
