I homeschooled my two boys for 10 years. Currently, I am a professional pastel artist, and have taught pastel art classes to elementary age children. My educational background is an MA In Marriage, Family and Child Counseling, with a special emphasis on counseling with children. I am in good heath and am energetic. I enjoy creating an atmosphere of fun, easily engaging with children on their level. I've been a stay-at-home mom for about 30 years. In that time, I've raised my four children and two step-children, as well as two of my grandchildren. When my kids were younger, I provided childcare in my own home. I cared for most of these children for several years, including triplets for over two years from ages 4-6, two infants from a few weeks old to preschool age, and other infants and toddlers for shorter time periods. I also worked for a few years with elementary age students as a part-time cafeteria hostess in my child's school. My schedule is flexible and I am willing to provide some transportation.
