Hello dear families! I'm looking for opportunities to help your family on an occasional basis. I'm available for date nights and weekends. I work FT during the week and have my own transportation. I've been an Au-pair for three wonderful families with kids in between 2 and 11 years old, pets always being a big and important part of the families as well. After my last au pair experience I worked as a FT Nanny for an amazing family and their 14 months old little lady, following a season working in a high school as a Distance Learning Assistant in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools district in NC. I have a diverse background and have used au-pairing and 'nannying' as a great tool to explore different places, and immerse myself deeper in the US culture. I'm a native Spanish speaker, originally from Venezuela and a Materials Engineer by profession. My whole path ended up taking me into working in different areas like tourism, winemaking, childcare, among others. I'm currently based in NOVA and do volunteer at a doggies and kitties shelter in the area.
