Hello dear families! I'm looking for opportunities to help your family on an occasional basis. I'm available for date nights and weekends. I work FT during the week and have my own transportation. I am first aid and CPR trained. I have been working for a family for 7 yrs now. I started when there 3rd child was 8 weeks old. I am looking for part time work to fill in the extra hrs I have available. I have evening and weekends open along with some day time hrs depending on the day. I am flexible work with the families on what hrs they need me. I am comfortable with infants and toddlers. I watch all ages of kids. I am open for date nights. I enjoy playing games and getting on the floor with the kids and play with them. If there is a park near by I like to do a fun day at the park. I’m currently a freshman at Shepherd University, majoring in Biology and playing for the women’s golf team. I’ve cared for a few families with kids ranging from 7–12 years old, and I also worked in a pediatric dental office where I comforted and assisted children before and after appointments. A big part of who I am comes from my brother, who has Down syndrome — I’ve helped take care of him my whole life, which has taught me patience, compassion, and understanding. I love spending time with kids and creating a safe, fun, and positive environment where they feel comfortable and cared for.
