I am looking for a babysitter to care for four children of varying ages: 3, 4, 5 (Autistic), & 11. No set start date, trying to find someone reliable ahead of time. Responsibilities include preparing meals and snacks, managing bedtime routines, assisting with toilet training, driving the children to activities, and light housekeeping (just cleaning up after them).
