Looking for sitter/nanny who is good at creating connection with three year olds - this usually involves being silly, making up games, initiating play and inviting them into the activity, playing outside, and leading with kindness (especially around safety boundaries). Would really like someone who enjoys playing outside in the backyard (chase, hide-n-seek, water and mud play, wagons, sports, anything you can think of).

Ideally you are consistently available 8-11am or 2:30-5:30pm during at least one weekday. You would be watching the child in our home while mama works from home. Time would include snack and playing, how does it get better than that?

He loves to sing - would love if you have songs to teach him, reading, bubbles, balls, pouring water and sand, and in general will follow your lead for games you make up. Please wear clothes/shoes that can get wet and play outside.
