Regular weekend afternoon sitter to play with two preschoolers

Hello! We have two kids (one is 4.5 and the other is 3). We are looking for a regular babysitter to play with them during the weekend afternoons.
The play would include indoor activities such as arts and crafts, reading, role playing, as well as outdoor activities such as playing ball/bike riding/scooter. We prefer someone who knows child education and knows how to enlighten the kids and grow their body and mind through playing.
It would be in our house. During weekend between 3-6pm.
