We have four kids (one is 15 so you don’t need to watch her) but it would be rare that all three would require a sitter at the same time. We are looking for someone who could help out of one of the younger kids was home while I needed to go to work, or if I needed help with school drop off/pick up. My ten year old has Down syndrome, so experience with special needs is appreciated, but not necessary. We’ve had great sitters with no experience with disabilities but open hearts and minds who have done wonderfully with him. We also have three dogs so it would be helpful to have someone comfortable with pets.
