Request for after school care for a 4th grader, every other Tues & Wed, 1:30 to 4:30, and Thurs, 11:30 to 4:30. This will require pick up from school and driving to home for in-home care. Every other week for now but may change to weekly. Distance between school and home is approximately 2 miles.
