The sitter plans engaging activities, ensures safety, prepares snacks, and promotes learning through play. Responsibilities include supervising playtime, assisting with bathroom needs, reading books, and maintaining a tidy space. The ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, and able to communicate effectively with young children. A background in childcare is preferred but not required.
