We have 2 boys (5 years old and 9 years old) and 1 small dog. We're looking for someone to help us bridge the gap a little. The role has some time flexibility built in and will lean towards family assistant with some independent childcare, including:

1. Picking up around the house.
2. Family laundry.
3. Meal prep (mostly ingredient prep, I batch cook and have food in the fridge/freezer).
4. Pick up and drop off from school and to extracurriculars.
5. Organizing areas of the house as needed.

A typical weekday may look like this:
3 p.m. - Arrival. Pick up around house and dinner prep.
5 p.m. - Pick up children from after-school care.
6 p.m. - Prep dinner (from prepped items), final clean up, and departure.
