Our daughter is 4 — smart, playful, and learning so much about her feelings. We’re looking for someone who sees childcare as both a joy and a chance to help her build real skills for navigating her world.

The details:
Part-time, starting ASAP
15 hours/week (with room for extra)
Mon–Thurs 2:30–5pm, Fri 12–5pm
Driving required (you’ll use our car)
Light meal prep + tidying

You are:
You enjoy building a real connection with a child. You don’t get thrown by testing, big feelings, or classic 4-year-old boundary-pushing — you can brush it off, stay centered, and not take it personally. You’re a great driver. You want to be a consistent, trusted presence in a family’s weekly rhythm.
