We're a warm, busy family looking for a reliable afterschool babysitter for our kindergartner, starting this fall!

? Schedule: One or two weekdays per week (flexible on which day – Mon, Tue, Wed, or Thu work for us)
⏰ Hours: Approximately 1:00–6:00 PM (some flexibility)
? Pickup required at Murch Elementary School in NW DC
? Pay: $25–$30/hr depending on experience

What we're looking for:
• Experience working with young children
• Reliable, punctual, and communicative
• Comfortable with school pickup and light afterschool activities (snacks, play, homework)
