Seeking an engaging afternoon nanny/mentor for a 12 & 14yo starting this school year. Guaranteed 15 hrs/wk. M-Th pickup 3:25pm; Fri 1pm (we have Friday flexibility if needed). Must have a safe vehicle & great driving record for a 20-min school commute & activities. 2 dogs in home. College/grad students welcome. If the hours don't match up exactly, we might have some flexibility.

Our 14yo son (loves baseball) is self-sufficient. Our 12yo daughter is creative & talented (music, circus arts, Bat Mitzvah prep), but has ADHD and comes home mentally drained. Looking for a warm accountability partner to act as a "body double"—helping her decompress, stay off screens, organize homework, and gently pivot to afternoon priorities like voice practice.
