The family is flexible on exact start and end times based on the right candidate’s availability, with potential schedules such as 3:00–7:00 PM or 4:00–8:00 PM. An ideal schedule would include a mix of 4:00-8:00 PM shifts alongside earlier shifts such as 1:00-5:00 PM, with a guaranteed 20 hours per week. $30-$35/hr.
