I'm a WFH mom of two boys (3 & 21 months) looking for a kind, patient sitter to help a few hours a day. My older son has a speech delay and does best with someone who engages him—pointing to letters, reading, and encouraging words. My younger one is vocal, active, and just needs eyes on him. They have a dedicated playroom with books, toys, and learning games. I’d love someone with an interest in early childhood education or speech therapy, but it’s not required. I'm easing back into routines from having the boys and need time to work, CLEAN, breathe, breathe, and reset. Actually go for a walk alone for a few mins. lol
