Job Type: PartTime, 24 hours a week Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities
•Work together to follow a structured daily schedule that includes outdoor play, gardening, and age-appropriate educational activities.
•Encourage the children’s curiosity and independence in line with Montessori principles.
•Collaborate together on planning and managing daily routines, including meal prep, nap times, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications
•Previous nanny or childcare experience, preferably with toddlers and preschoolers.
•Familiarity with or interest in Montessori methods.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a small caregiving team.
