House Keeper/Manager needed for cleaning, organization, kids’ pick ups, drop offs, homework help. 25~30 hrs/wk. Maintain organized house; cleaning of all rooms; maintain clean exterior spaces, eg covered terrace/pool area; wash, fold + put away laundry; help manage maintenance service providers, drive kids to/from activities as needed; help with homework, run errands.
Must have excellent communication skills + judgment, English + Spanish fluency, 5+ years housekeeping + some experience babysitting, must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record + comfortable driving children + running errands, enjoy cooking + be willing to prepare healthy dinner 2-3x per week.
