Part time, sweet natured sitter for crunchy family, long-term preferred!

We are a family that loves nature, outdoor play, free play, books, gentle souls and a good steak.
Sitters from large families tend to do really well with us, but not a requirement!
We are a holistically minded family, are not Covid fearful, and do not require the jab.
We need someone for 10-20 hours a week while I am out or tend to the home.
Keeping the house tidy, prepping food/meals, and laundry all help me out tremendously. Mostly I want someone who is tidy and my kids love to hang out with.

Looking for someone to come 10-20 hours a week on a regular, consistent schedule. The schedule is currently flexible, but it does need to be consistent. Shifts would typically be 4-6 hours.
